As of June 5, 2025, the following amendment is effective for Drew University, George Mason University, Hofstra University, Oregon State University, Saint Louis University, Suffolk University, and The University of Alabama at Birmingham.

If a student is unable to arrive on campus by the final allowable date, as determined by the university for their program, due to U.S. government legal or regulatory changes affecting visa issuance, approval, or travel restrictions, they will be eligible for a refund of their deposit. Documentation may be required to process the refund.
